Alpine Fairways Golf & Ski Club

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

The store

shop.alpinefairways.ca is operated by Alpine Fairways Holdings ("we", "us", "the Club"). We sell apparel and goods under the Alpine Fairways Golf & Ski Club brand. Any course, hole, or location referenced in our designs (including the Trail Map series) is fictional and not a real golf course.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and pricing

Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Colors and print placement may vary slightly from product photos since items are made to order.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues; if we cancel a paid order, you'll be refunded in full. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout — we don't store your card details.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, artwork, and copy on this site belong to Alpine Fairways Holdings unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs commercially without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it through automated means without our permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Fairways Holdings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
