Return & Refund Policy

Alpine Fairways Golf and Ski Club

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made after 14 days can't be accepted.

Condition of items

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached, in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery can't be returned.

Final sale

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
  • For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

How to start a return

Email us at [matt@alpinefairways.ca] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with next steps and, where applicable, a prepaid label.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo so we can make it right quickly.
