Shipping Policy
Alpine Fairways Golf & Ski Club
Every order is made to order. Nothing sits pre-printed on a shelf, so please read the timeline below before you ask where your package is.
Where we ship
Canada and the United States. We don't currently ship outside North America.
Shipping cost
Free, always. No minimum order, no code required.
Production time
Orders are produced in 2–5 business days before they ship. This is print time, not transit time — your item doesn't exist until you order it.
Delivery time
Once produced, packages typically arrive in 5–10 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 7–15 business days.
Multiple items, multiple packages
If your order includes items from different product categories (for example, a hat and a mug), they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on separate days. This is normal — each item ships as soon as it's ready rather than waiting on the slowest one.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as each package leaves production.
Address changes
Email us right away if you need to change a shipping address. We can usually update it before production starts, but can't guarantee changes once an item is in production or has shipped.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, or it arrives damaged, email us at matt@alpinefairways.ca with your order number within 48 hours of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
